ALL participants must fill out and complete the Tournament Registration Form and Submit the form via the link/button below.
 

Participants will pay their Tournament Registration Fee Online.
 

Participants wishing to opt-in to the Optional Side Pot, should select the quantity of "2" when finalizing their online transaction ($500 - Tournament Registration + $500 - Side Pot). 
The registration subtotal should read $1000 when the quantity is selected as "2" on the last screen of the registration process (as seen directly below).
